After a massive day of connection, rap, boxing & finding purpose, we had a successful launch of the first Moment of Truth Workshop. Now it’s time to jump back in and welcome our next group of 12-17 year olds wanting to expand their purpose, explore their fitness, and improve on self reflection and development.

The Moment of Truth workshop creates a space for students to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Using Hip Hop, a live band, creative writing, boxing, and storytelling. The skills of self-awareness, resilience, and authentic expression are more important than ever and we will continue to spread this knowledge in 2026. This workshop is not just about creativity or fitness. It’s about giving young people the foundation to face life’s challenges with courage, clarity, and a sense of purpose.
